​The house was completed in 2010.

The foundation is concrete and reinforced steel connected to reinforced concrete piles to bedrock, the walls are concrete block and the roof is poured concrete with integrated Covintec insulation.  There are two stories of about 2,000 sq ft each; the ground floor consisting of a garage, storage and mechanical room and the top floor the living area.  The lot is 75’ on the beach by 138’ deep not including 66’ of beach.

 

The living area consists of two bedrooms, a master with his and hers bathrooms, and a guest bedroom with bathroom, and the kitchen, dining area and living area which are open with a view of the Caribbean Sea from all areas.  There’s also a laundry/storage room.  Plans are available to add a third and fourth bedroom.
